Our homes are built locally in Tracy  CA United States  by our manufacturing partner, Eco Box Fabricators, who are specialists in steel-frame construction.

Driven by our Sprint Model, the developer, architect, manufacturer, general contractor and subtrades all have the needed tools and info for hands-on input and teamwork.

We provide pre-construction services, we can work with your existing design and have it converted to a modular friendly format by our nationally recognized engineering team or we can help design a cost effective project. Our network of factories will build to your specifications, under the watchful eye of the USModular team at the same me time as site work is being completed. The buildings will be transported and assembled on site by USModular to ensure a quality project completed on time and budget.
